You have the right to return your order within 30 days after receiving it. Once the returned items have arrived and have been inspected in perfect, unused, and resellable condition, we will refund the full purchase amount within five business days using the original payment method.

Please use an insured shipping method with tracking, as the return shipping costs and shipping risk are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund as soon as possible. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original order. You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been completed.

Please note that, for hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are excluded from exchanges and returns. This includes, in particular, opened personal care and wellness products, intimate items such as underwear, and any products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons.
