We ship our products directly to customers throughout Israel. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Our average delivery time is 7–14 business days. We are committed to providing a transparent and reliable shipping process from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your doorstep.

In addition to our Free Standard Shipping, we also offer an Express Processing option. For an additional fee of ₪20, your order will receive priority processing before shipment. Please note that this service speeds up the handling and dispatch of your order but does not guarantee delivery by a specific date or on the next business day.

As a thank you to our customers, we offer Free Standard Shipping on all regular orders, with no minimum purchase required. Please note that this offer does not apply to promotional items specifically marked as “FREE”, for which a shipping fee may apply.

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by customs inspections, courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occasionally occur.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available), allowing you to monitor your delivery.
